We Offer

Service user right to dignity and privacy will be respected by staff. Our staff will be provided with training to support service users with personal care and regular training updates will be provided to ensure they maintain their knowledge in line with regulatory standards. Where service users might lack the mental capacity to consent to support with personal hygiene, we will ensure decisions and actions are made in accordance with the mental capacity act 2005. We recognize our responsibility to ensure that all our service users bathe and shower as safely as possible in their own homes and this will be clearly identified in the service users’ care plan. We can also help service users with shopping, and companionship including social activities, dementia care, respite care and regular welfare calls.

Companionship care

Designed to support you in the comfort and familiarity of your own home. Our compassionate carers provide personalised care tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you maintain your independence and lifestyle. From daily living assistance to specialised care, we are committed to enhancing your quality of life with respect, dignity, and professional excellence.

Over Night Care

we aim to offer an overnight care service so there’s a care worker on hand to support service users, whatever a service user care needs are. We can offer working nights, if a service user needs a lot of support during the night. Sleeping night care involving up to three instances if support during the night.

Domiciliary Care

helping with everyday tasks, social activities and personal care. We aim to provide specialist elderly care supporting people with high levels of needs including, dementia and alzheimers, palliative care and end of life care.

Live In Care

Giving one personalised support 24 hours a day in service users own home

Re-Enablement Care

if service users have been in hospital, been ill or had a fall, our re-enablement care can help service users get strength and confidence back.
